After you click the download link, the PDF will typically open in your browser. This behavior is standard by *default.
Before you start making any changes to the workbook, make sure to locate and click the save or download icon. This is typically in the upper right corner of your browser. (Note image on right )
Remember this location.
This will secure a copy of the workbook on your computer. If you begin editing without saving/downloading, any information you enter will not be saved.
After you have saved the workbook on your computer remember to use only Adobe Acrobat Reader to enter your information. It is a free app. If you need a refresher course to see if you have Adobe reader click here.
*If you have configured your Internet browser to automatically download files the Save As window will not show.
